FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some typical questions BPRW Marketing are asked by business owners and managers. If your question(s) is not listed please feel free to complete the form on the Contact Us page which contains a questions / comments section. 1) You don't know anything about my business so how do I know your business consulting methods and systems are going to work with me? At BPRW Marketing we treat every business as a sales and marketing business whose sole purpose is the acquisition of new customers along with the retention and exploitation of current customers - all of this to help increase profits. We assume our clients know their product or service inside out but probably lack the organisational approach that capitalises on prospects and customers. This is where we come in - we solely focus on driving hungry hordes of new prospects to you door, provide the means to converts these to willing customers whilst at the same time optimising the frequency and value of purchases made.
2) How much is this all going to cost me? As the majority of what we get paid is derived from the additional turnover and profitability generated not as much as you might think! We ask that a modest retainer fee is agreed as a sign of commitment from the client that he/she is totally behind the project as much as we will be. Alternative structures can also be considered depending on the work being undertaken. For example a coaching assignment may just be a small monthly fee for regular meeting and advice while the preparation of marketing material could be based on a set fee or hourly rate. We are more than happy to discuss what fits your needs and budget.
3) Why shouldn't I just employ someone full time to sort out my problem? Just think how much a full time employee is going to cost you. For someone half decent we would guess in excess of $70,000 pa plus car, plus super, plus overheads etc etc. Add to this an employment contract that ties you to the individual for a probable 3 month notice period as well when you've pursued this route for a year with no tangible signs of success you are stuck with a big problem. By getting involved with BPRW Marketing your set up cost is considerably less, the added "benefit" costs of cars, super etc do not exist and the additional income is only paid on the business achieving the agreed results.
4) This all sounds too good to be true - how does it really work? Following an initial information gathering exercise conducted over the telephone and via e-mail a meeting is arranged where you will receive a full orientation. Prior to this meeting you will be fully informed of what the work will involve and on what basis it will be carried out - this is both from a commitment point of view and a proposed fee structure point of view. You are therefore made fully aware of the way things will move forward if an agreement is reached. It is always an intention to reach an agreement at the end of the orientation so the work can proceed as quickly as possible.
5) I'm not sure if this is for me - however I do have some real burning issues in my business that need to be solved. How can I make my mind up to take this step? Ask yourself a simple question - What is the biggest business challenge facing your business at the moment and, on a scale of 1 to 10 (where 1 is "not at all" and 10 is "right now - do or die!") where do you stand on that scale in wanting to solve it. If you answer 10 (or more!) then you need to talk to us. We will help solve your biggest business problem.
