Printing:

Printing Made Easy ( PME Solutions) was a print broker in southern Sydney with 2 years experience. In 2006 we entered an agreement to assist with their sales growth. Within 3 months we were able to reduce the client loss, target growing markets, gain more of the client print spend and organise print supplier agreements. A website was established with e-commerce and contract print management introduced. At the end of 6 months these actions had delivered a 62% year on year sales revenue improvement without an increase in costs.

 

Medical:

Marketing medical clinics has become more acceptable but the Sydney Breast Clinic (SBC) had a certain history and service that was unique. The new owners wanted to increase the number of patients as they had plenty of capacity. We carried out a market survey and confirmed that the main source of patients was from GP referral. A ‘soft' marketing program was developed to (re) introduced the SBC to all GPs. We targeted certain areas first to ensure we had the process right then planned to roll it out state-wide. As well we focussed resources to ensure more patients returned to the clinic. A culture of marketing and sales was then becoming part of the way the business worked for the benefit of all - employees, suppliers and most importantly patients. Win-Win-Win!!!!!!!

 

Field Service:

We developed a field service operation for Fisher and Paykel Appliances that delivered excellence in after sales support. By introducing franchised field service technicians and controlling every step of the process with state of the art mobile IT systems all stakeholders were received an improved business model.

 

Security:

With the merger of Chubb and Wormald Security it was very important to realise the cost savings. As part of a team that amalgamated the security monitoring centres in the core business of SMC, we then began to source other forms of revenue for our unique 24/7 base. This resulted in the business entering the monitoring of Medical Emergency (home-based), Building Systems, Manufacturing Processes, Fire and Evacuation Systems, etc. and introducing remote control of revenue based systems.
